Preparing Hoods, Stovetops, and Ovens for Passover
The grates and burnings should be 100% clean. The grates and burnier should be covered with a few layers of heavy duty foil, the burners should be turned on med-high and let run for a half an hour.
All parts should be 100% clean and then covered. Care MUST be taken NOT to cover any air vents form the oven.
